From Makkah to Madinah
1. The Secret Plan and Good Advice
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ quietly told his close friend Abu Bakr (RA) that it was time to leave Makkah. They didn’t rush. They sat together and made a careful plan.
2. A Brave Night
That night, Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA) slept in the Prophet’s bed so the enemies would think the Prophet ﷺ was still there. He knew it was dangerous, but he was very brave.
3. Leaving at Night
The Prophet ﷺ and Abu Bakr (RA) quietly left Makkah at night so no one would notice them.
4. Hiding in a Cave
They hid in the Cave of Thawr for three days while people were searching for them.
5. Back on the Journey
After that, they continued their journey with a guide who knew the desert very well.
6. A Surprising Promise
A man named Suraqa ibn Malik chased them, hoping to catch them. But his horse kept sinking into the sand! He realized something was special and stopped. The Prophet ﷺ promised him that one day he would wear the bracelets of the king of Persia.
7. Building the First Mosque
When they reached Quba, the Prophet ﷺ helped build Masjid Quba. It became a place where people prayed and came together as a community.
8. A Happy Arrival
Finally, they reached Madinah. The people were very happy and welcomed them with joy and love.
